In other words
Garrick Hoffman Photography (GarrickHoffman.com) grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, and use digital photos purchased from the Stock Photos category of the Shop royalty-free.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Garrick Hoffman Photography from any and all liabilities and damages caused or related to use of the licensed content.
