Posted in by Garrick Hoffman

Dan Bookham is the lead organizer for the Maine Bicentennial events in Rockland, Maine.

On February 8, 2021, Dan spoke with me by Rockland Harbor to discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic affected these Bicentennial events, as well as his role in organizing them and his background as a Mainer. We also discussed what events people can look forward to this year to celebrate 200 years of Maine statehood. Read more below for updates on the events in Rockland. This is the third part in a series interviewing organizers of Maine’s Bicentennial.
